What's for dinner?

So, like 15 years of raising this fish I have.  I knew it was removed from local water ways because it's an invasive species.  I knew it was some type of chiclid, but I did not know what.  Last night on the local Vision channel off of comcast, I'm watching this show on invasive species and the problems they are causing.  Well, they showed a picture of a fish that looked just like mine.  It's a fucking talapia.  No need to thaw anything for dinner!

Spotted tilapia (Tilapia mariae)
This African cichlid was introduced into Florida as a result of escapes or releases from fish farms in Dade County, probably during the early 1970s. It is now one of the most abundant species in many South Florida canals. (Photo by Noel Burkhead) (Click on image for full-sized version.)
