Spicy Taco's

if you really like spicy food you'll have to tell me how it is.

HellFire Taco’s

1 16oz can chili beans (mild or hot)
2 lbs. lean ground beef
¼ yellow onion diced
1 habanero pepper seeded and diced
1 Serrano pepper seeded and diced
1 chipotle pepper seeded and chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro root if you can find it. The root has more of the cilantro flavor than the rest of the plant.)
2 Tbsp Lime juice (preferably fresh)
1 tsp vegetable oil

Taco seasoning:
1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour
4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Mix taco seasonings and set aside. Heat skillet and brown ground beef. Set beef aside on paper towels to drain off excess fat. Sauté yellow onion and peppers in oil (if you prefer your vegetables crisp don’t sauté too long, otherwise sauté till the onions are fairly see-though and slightly golden brown in color) add cilantro and lime juice. Return the Browned Ground beef to pan, and add beans and taco seasonings. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Spoon into taco shells, onto tortilla chips, or soft tortillas … or however you prefer your tacos… garnish then curse my name for actually putting this recipe together.
