CycloDS Theme...
Tried stuff randomly and made one...

More info, CycloDS and other flash cards are used for playing homebrew (software made by normal people) and making NDS can play media files. And yes, if you wanna cheat the game, there is option as well. They also have theme change feature as well, so I just don't go boring with white wallpaper all the time :P
