So Marta came over on Tuesday night (to the place in PG), and we went to Wal-Mart and got some costumes and some soda, and just hung out the whole night and played video games. It was amazing. Then Wednesday morning Mike brought his copy of Hellgate: London over so we could try it out. It's awesome. Brandon's getting our copies today at work. It's made by the makers of Diablo II, just wish much better graphics, a sweet storyline, and FPS abilitiesssss. Anywhom, after that, Mike had to leave, and the three of us (with some help from Hans) got everything packed up and put into only two vehicles, which we were very proud about. We brought the stuff up to Venice, moved all the old stuff out of my room into the garage, and brought in all our stuff. We're in loooooove with it. It's so comfy, and it'll be so nice to be able to save money, plus it's cool to be able to see my family for a bit before we move. We're still going to visit Brandon's family a lot too, though, because we miss them as well. Hans brought the truck up with our futon, which was so nice of him. So we're all moved in and comfy, we just dont have internet yet, but I think Brandon's getting the things we need today, so we should have it by tomorrow. After we brought everything inside and moved it out of the way, we got our costumes on and went to Publix and got some candy there. Then we went over to Mimi's neighborhood to try and find a parking space because there seemed to be a decent amount of houses lit up, but we couldn't find one and it was a long street, and only the houses in the MIDDLE were lit up, ugh. So we drove back to my house and parked and then walked around looking for places to trick or treat. I swear we only got to hit like...4 houses. Nobody seems to celebrate Halloween anymore, it's such a shame. Though this one old couple were giving out entire boxes of candy. I got a box of junior mints. Anyways, after that we headed up to the firehouse Haunted House in Nokomis. It was 10 bucks a person, which was okay because the proceeds went to a good cause, so we didn't mind paying. It wasn't too bad, and I'll admit I jumped a few times, but I think if it wasn't for a good cause I wouldn't have paid 10 bucks for it. They just didn't have the amount of people or the time they needed. It seemed that everytime we walked into a room, all the monsters would jump out at once because they had just gone to the end of the room to scare the previous group. Like I said, it was pretty fun though, and better than doing nothing. After that we met up with Sarah, James, and Felicia downtown and talked for a bit. Then we all went our seperate ways, and Brandon and I dropped off Marta at home. We then went home, finished organizing and putting posters up, watched lord of the rings, played some baldur's gate II, then went to bed. Today we woke up around 10:30 and picked up Marta, then went to lunch at this little Italian place by Publix. It was pretty good, but for some reason didn't agree with my stomach. Then we went over to publix and I applied for a position in the bakery with Marta ♥. Then Marta had to work, so Brandon and I went home and took a nap. Now I'm at the library and he's at work. Huzzah.
Sorry for the excrutiatingly long post, if you read all of that, kudos!
