Leverage: The Tap Out Job
The problem with watching tv shows online is that I often don't see the "next week on . . ." clips.
So, of course, I'm totally a crazy non-canon shipper when it comes to this show so let me explain what I take from this clip. It's not a lot. Mostly "omg squee!"
1. When Eliot walked past and just casually put his hand on Parker's waist? Omg swoon.
2. Canon, bitches! It is now totally canon that Eliot has taught Parker some kick ass moves.
3. Now I'm wondering just how much training they've done exactly because either Parker is a super quick learner or they've done quite a bit of training because that first punch? Beautiful and awesome and damn near perfect in execution.
4. Haha. Oh man Parker just beating the crap out of Hardison and keeping him in a choke hold while every one else talked just cracked me up hard.
5. But omg the training! Seriously. I think tv shows have aptly demonstrated that when 2 hot people commence with the boxing and the self-defense training the UST comes out to play.
6. Which is why I am so mad we don't get to see this training ON SCREEN. Come on, Leverage! Throw me a bone!
7. Because, seriously? He showed her how to do that leg choke hold. Did he do that with a dummy or was this some hands on teaching? I need to know!
8. Hell, I'm just excited that raining Parker in self-defense stuff is canon because even in the limited number of decent Parker/Eliot fic it's become a bit of fanon.
