It had been probably the most fun he'd had in a while, Jing decided as he walked towards the café. Facing off against another thief in not only a verbal battle of wits but of skill as well. Danny called Jing "kid" and Jing called Danny "old man" and it was an amicable rivalry. Even as entered, it didn't feel like a concession. He simply had to reclaim the gift which Esther had given him, and he cared enough about it not to see it as letting Danny win. It was more like a time out.
