This is absolutely ridiculous.

[Not that he can do anything about it. He's tied up, along with the other prisoners of war, which is just silly considering he had absolutely nothing to do with the African Theatre. No, he and Hungary were busy getting the crap beaten out of them over in Europe, so there was absolutely no reason for him to be ( Read more... )

Would you rather be participating in this war?

[That's reasonable enough for Austria.]

I did participate in this war, actually. Certainly not in Africa though, nor in such uncomfortable weather.

I wasn't aware War was meant to be comfortable...Africa? What a miserable place.

It is not, but my ex-wife and I were fighting in Europe around this time, and comparatively, it was not nearly so warm. Miserable, indeed.

There are bound to be some inaccuracies after all..I seem to be here. If you have been in this war do you believe that you will be treated in accord to that aspect of your history?

If you know something isn't a possibility that you may be in danger?

Indeed, many have been misplaced into this setting. It is likely that I was made prisoner based on my role, so I suspect I already am being treated in that accord.

It is there, but I am certainly not the only prisoner in that position.

No doubt. I suppose no one will be coming to rescue us. Three hundred years of this mess and now I have returned to it. Nothing's changed only the nameless faces doing the same things.

Three hundred years? [That's not particularly odd for Austria, but it's strange to see non-nations having long enough lifespans to accommodate that.]

Yes, three hundred years. Is there something odd about that? I stopped fighting because of it's endless nature. I hate war. I refuse to cooperate with any of this.
