it's artistic. if the dots poof, it'll be empteh and no spark in it

What Piku said, the left side would have looked extremely empty and there would be no depth in the whole banner and it'll just look plain and ugly.

And if the dots are uniformly colored, would'nt that look extremely boring? The whole banner would look too dead. And that's the worse thing: to have a banner that has no feeling in it.
