Okay, you have these OCs. Maybe you have a few, maybe you have a lot. Maybe you don't have any place to dump them, or maybe you don't want a serious game scenario. Maybe you don't feel like your OC is good enough, or you want to give them a good ol' test run. Whatever the circumstance, you really want to play them, have the opportunity to improve them, and chill with other people with OCs.

If you're looking for a serious game with plot included, this might not be the right place for you. This community is a game-that-isn't-really-a-game-and-might-be-considered-a-dressing-room-or-sandbox-but-whatever, and it's strictly for OCs! Sometimes, the best way to get an unstable OC to an epic OC is simply to have the opportunity to play them; this is the place for that. We're not looking for amazing, perfectly rounded OCs, just decent ones. (But awesome OCs are awesome).
Here you can test the waters, experiment a little, and make awesome CR in a flexible RP environment. Throw your character into a strange place and see how they'll react, or do survey things to nitpick the little details. Just write! Oh, and have fun. Don't forget that part.
So, basically, go hog wild and let your imagination run away with you.
The game opens the 1st of January, but you're welcome to app ahead of time! (This is so we mods can get our shit together. B| We're still working out the details shhhh.)

TL;DR
This is an OC-only dressing room/sandbox game. And though it has an app, it's not a heavily weighted one. It's for derping around with your OC's, even if they're still in the developmental phase. And stuff.
