PSA: punishments and permissions~

With all this talk of fighting lately, here's an update regarding punishments and permissions that I've been meaning to make for a while now!

Firstly, permission.  It's been well-established ICly and OOCly that as long as a fight is mutual (i.e. both parties agree to the fight before the first punch is thrown), then there will be no punishment.

About the murder thing-- it will result in brig time even in acts of self-defense? A crazy axe-murderess coming after a Guy and said Guy being forced to kill her? Will that lead to brig time, too?
