Once Rfena had informed the others of the plan, she had gone to the front of Carnival to wait for the people to assemble. The key players knew what their moves would be, and she was now, mostly, just there to corral the people who wanted to help.
She was still missing her arm, which was why she was content to act as a director rather than anything else.
