How everyone is going to fit into that shop is beyond Razer, as it what exactly they expect to accomplish having so many people around. Not that he has room to complain, he isn't here to really help either, but the number of attendees seems a bit...excessive.
He eyes Rfena for a moment, noting that she's holding the necklace in question, then looks between her and the little allicat-woman-thing at her side before putting his hands on his hips and making a displeased noise in the back of his throat.
"Mar above, it's even gaudier than I'd thought it would be."
But what in the world could the man from Nirvana want it for if 'gaudy' is all it is?
Rfena stiffens perceptibly when Razer arrives, looking at him. She hasn't forgotten their run-in during December, but she places a semi-friendly look on her face when he speaks.
"It does seem a bet ostentatious," She agrees carefully (She doesn't really have an opinion either way on it), keeping her hand down at her side. Really, of anyone arriving, she's most suspicious of Razer.
Sulphur's both suspicious and irritated; she recognizes this man as the one who essentially scolded her for not trying the necklace on herself, or letting Reffy do it.
"You here to put the thing on?" She says with a bit of a childish smile.
Rfena is suspicious with good reason, of course--Razer isn't exactly trustworthy, and he's well-aware that shows when he's not fighting perfect-tooth-and-manicured-nail to portray otherwise. Especially with women. He doesn't do well with women.
Particularly the petite ones.
He shoots Sulphur a smirk in response to the question, however, eyes narrowing marginally. "Perhaps I am." He holds out one hand. "If you would be so kind, Miss Rfena." He pronounces her name strangely, with his accent, but it comes out clear enough all the same.
Rfena is very clearly reluctant. However, she's also fair; Remy said the necklace had magic, but she declines to mention this as she carefully drops the necklace into Razer's hand.
Should he decide to take off with it he's going to get punched, however.
Razer moves a little closer to the girls to examine the amulet, fingers curling around the large scarlet gem slowly, testing the heat and weight of it. For all intents and purposes, it feels like any other piece of jewelry Razer's come in contact with--which, for the record, is not a very high number thank you very much--but that doesn't mean anything here
( ... )
Sulphur reacts nigh-immediately, tugging the necklace off quickly and hissing at Razer, teeth bared and ears lowered. Her conditioning wouldn't prevent her from attacking him, but she knows she probably wouldn't stand much of a chance: she's still running on anger, though, so she's not going to stay completely calm.
Rfena's about to mention that Remy said it was cursed, and that it should be returned, when he throws the necklace over Sulphur.
She reaches out for Razer, freezing when she realizes it's too late. She slides her gaze over to Sulphur, seeing the Pet jerking the necklace off, no immediate negative reaction.
Her next reaction very unnecessary, but she does it anyway. She grabs Razer by the front of his shirt, tugging him down a bit, and then slams the hand that she raised initially into the side of his face, letting him go. It's a punch with far less force than she can actually muster, since she doesn't want to break his jaw, but it will leave a decent bruise.
...She also has no idea why she chose to react physically. Maybe she should stop hanging around Ironhide.
The hit is harder than Razer would expect from someone of Rfena's build, but not as painful as he's been up against in the past. He head jerks back, but all too quickly he rights himself, lunging forward to grab Rfena by the head, hand covering the better part of her entire face--thumb under her chin, fingers in her hair--and follows through with the forward motion, putting all his weight into it.
He drops to one knee, and drives Rfena backward into the floor, her head impacting with a heavy thunk. Not at all the crack that there probably should have been, but Razer will think on that later.
Sokka had been watching the situation escalate, but when it came to blows, he wasn't about to let this continue. They were already fighting falling theatres and other crazy things on this boat, right? The last thing they needed to be fighting was each other.
"Hey!" He yells, sprinting over.
Of course he thought he could put a stop to it. But pulling a man Razer's size out of a fight was very different from holding back one of his twelve-to-sixteen-year-old friends. He puts on the brakes, skidding a couple inches on his smooth soles and jumps onto Razer's arm in an attempt to pull him off of Rfena. "Gerroff her!"
Razer's fast enough and Rfena's light enough that she can't stop the momentum, going down onto the floor with a nice, heavy thunk. In fact, the impact pretty much pulverizes the psuedo-skin on the back of her head at the point of impact, meaning she's got a nice little split at the back of her head.
She spends a moment orienting herself before she's shoving Razer's arm off her face (using as much force as she can without breaking it), aided by Sokka grabbing the arm in question. She scrambles back and kneels a few feet away, glaring. She knows the assault was pretty unnecessary, but she's annoyed at his reaction. Ow.
For the moment, Razer has something a little more pressing than an angry redheaded android glaring holes in his head. Like the pretty dark-skinned young man that just attached himself to Razer's arm.
Mind you, normally he wouldn't complain about things like that, but Sokka seems rather confrontational so Razer accepts that he should probably dislodge him before he does any damage. Or embarrasses himself any further without Razer's help.
Help that he's all too willing to provide, of course.
Razer pushes himself up halfway, then uses his free arm to grab Sokka by the front of his tunic and yank him closer as he rises to stand up straight. He doesn't lift Sokka up off the ground, that isn't as easy as film makes it look, but when he's up they're close enough that looking at him requires looking straight down.
"Now now, I don't believe this fight is yours." His voice is a low hiss, and his lips curve back in a toothy grin, green eyes burning. "We could change that, of course, but I can't imagine why you would want to get beaten to
( ... )
Sokka's breath hitches in his throat as Razer's face fills his vision. Blue eyes dart from left to right, and finally down as the water tribe boy attempts to wrench Razer's fingers off his tunic-- he's half tempted to pull the belt off and slip out of the thing but his head would probably be stuck and that wouldn't work-- but the elf has a STRONG grip.
Panicked, Sokka brings his knee up and places his foot square in the center of Razer's chest and starts pushing frantically in an attempt to break the grip, grunting occasionally with effort. The effect is rather comical.
The boy isn't particularly light, so the change in positions does put quite a bit of strain on Razer's arm, but as he's not completely supporting him--yet--it isn't too much for him to handle.
Certainly not so much that he can't give a chuckle when Sokka's foot presses against his chest. Razer brings up his free hand, curls his fingers around the boy's ankle and slowly traces them up his leg.
"My my, you're very flexible..." he enunciates the word carefully it comes out in a purr, "...aren't you?"
Sokka isn't really Razer's type, but there's no reason not to take advantage of such a compromising position. He'd do the same to pretty much anyone else with the right chromosomes, after all, it would be unfair for Sokka to be left out.
The touch sends a shiver of undiluted fear up Sokka's spine. "Let me go!" He shrieks, his voice reaching a tinny pitch. His foot drops and he just wants to get AWAY from Razer, he really freaks him out.
"Nobody-- nobody needs to be fighting right now, I'm not gonna fight you, just lemmie go!"
Just as he's wishing he had the club Toph gave him-- unceremoniously dropped where he had been standing before-- he gets an idea. He picks up his feet, hanging as dead weight on Razer's arm. Hopefully this will be enough.
Rfena blinks once, mildly disturbed - Sokka is a child, in her opinion, so that is just loads of 'heck no' - before she stands up, continuing to glare at Razer.
"Please drop him. I'm not going to attack you again."
But she will if he doesn't let go of Sokka. And this time, it won't be so gentle, even if Razer would be expecting it.

"You conniving little son of a bitch!"
...Nothing happened, but she's still pissed.

She hit first, this is totally fair.
