Eon's head was throbbing.
It felt like she had taken another beating by her old teacher, Lord Ranne. But that wasn't possible, was it? Letting her eyes flutter open, the teenager tried to remember what could be responsible for her sudden pain and- and-
She was tied with a short length of blue string to a stranger. A male one, at that! Eon shakily tried to sit up, but the thick fog in her mind made her limbs hard to move.
And just where in the world was she?
