To Maia, they've most definitely been making progress. Honestly, she's still surprised that someone as delicate as Anna managed to survive that first dosage of Dark Eco. Of course, that could easily be contributed to the fact that Anna has already been exposed to something that was vaguely similar to Dark Eco.
Oh well. It's all in her notes, and Maia can always add more in the near future.
"Anna."
The absent space beside Anna has been taken up by Maia, who is relatively focused on flipping through her notes. It's all written in Precurian, however, so Maia isn't very concerned about Anna being able to read it.
She doesn't look up when the seat next to her suddenly becomes occupied. The woman is expected, after all - and has a tendency to just poof when and where she likes.
"Maia." Anna's tone is decidedly neutral, and she flips a page in her book. Fair's fair - Anna's is in her own language that no one else on the boat seems to be able to speak.
"Yes, I wanted to talk to you about these treatments."
She goes over another page, there jotted notes about Anna's condition and possible plans for what to do with her in the future. Maia just shakes her head before glancing over at Anna, "We've been making quite a bit of progress, I think. The increased strength and concentration of Dark Eco with each session has been quite good for speeding up the process."
Nodding, she finally looks up and over at her, resting her head on her hand as her brow slightly furrows.
"I think that you are right. When...we were attacked, I believe I would have died without its aid." Not that she's pleased about having it pumped into her body.
"But it only seems to do that when I am shifted. Will it...ever transfer over, do you think?" Anna can hardly believe she's talking about this so placidly. A few days ago she'd wanted to wring Maia's neck.
