After searching quietly for him for days, Bass had finally tracked down just the person he wanted to see. Thankfully, being a robot meant your emotions didn't lessen or ebb away after a few days to cool down if you didn't want them to; and he didn't. He wanted to be just as angry, just as hateful, just as murderous as he had been when Mimmi first told him. He wanted to be so furious that he had to clench his fists just to keep from smashing them into the walls.
And Jak was just making this too easy.
Bass tailed Jak from a distance until he was positive he was alone; there was no way he'd be able to get him into Carnival, but...Bass didn't care.
Didn't care.
Making this point was worth jail time.
As Jak turned down a more secluded hallway, Bass put his plan into motion, though it wasn't much more complicated than "grab that guy and hurt him."
