The Arbiter was in a foul mood.
His abdominal plating had been repaired, but it was from a combined effort of his own hands and the aid of another. It was made as best as could be managed on board the ship, which amounted to crudely--it protected him once again, but the elegant, ornate markings that once adorned it were gone. It served its purpose but it no longer felt holy; he deserved armor forged by the gods, not some crude metalwork.
His poor mood had led him down to the gym, where he had been brutalizing sandbags for the past half hour. Many of them laid pulverized on the ground, their chains broken. This had done little to curb his violent tendencies.
Woe be to anyone who happened upon him in this state.
