Woo-hoo!! Two days this week! I missed yoga yesterday due to schedule miscommunications with my cousin re: our gym visit (oh, well). Today I worked through the first half of the Week 2, Day 5 program concentrating on the movement of breath through a series of mini Sun Salutations. I think I really do prefer to work on the flow of breath while practicing yoga, I think that it helps me to keep moving... Food for thought...
