My god I hate elections. I've just put in my postal vote, and it's left me feeling resoundingly powerless and flat. The ballot paper is a tablecloth, and despite frantic googling of various candidates, even those on the smaller Legislative Assembly ballot paper, I found barely any reliable information on anyone.
Is it any wonder I'm so jaded about politics? With the "powers that be" not wanting anyone to know more than they choose to divulge, or more than the message they choose to push ahead of all other information, how the hell can anyone make a truly educated decision?
Ugh! I'm fed up with this political system of poo-flinging contests, lies and misinformation.
