[Fran arrives soon after, carrying a black bag. She looks around for who made the call and the patient and their condition.]

[He's still curled on his side next to Jolt, in the middle of the parking lot. He's breathing better now, but mostly seems semi-concious, thanks to pain and general fatigue. Lucas had helped some of the damage to his ribs on the one side. His leg still looks bad, since it was broken when Yuuka stepped on and crushed his shin, and he's trying not to move the arm on the damaged side too much. At least there isn't any blood or gaping wounds! He does not acknowledge the woman's approach.]

[Fran approaches Sideswipe]

Were you the one who called? I'm Fran, from Doctor Crane's clinic~

[She doesn't wait for him to respond before she kneels down to examine Jolt]

Hmmmm, no major lacerations, nor signs of internal bleeding. That's good~ The leg will have to be set though~

[She begins to fish assorted things from the bag]

[Sideswipe barely looks up when she speaks, blinking blearily. He makes a slight gesture to Jolt, who's couched nearby.]

He called.

[A pause. It takes him a minute to realize he doesn't understand the meaning of "set". Autobots don't have bones to break.]

[Fran pulls a splint from her bag and begins to ready it before moving to Jolt's leg]

I need you to hold onto his shoulders~ This will hurt and we don't want him to thrash~

[Sideswipe lifts his head off the ground at that. He looks confused, and more than a little concerned.]

What's... going to hurt?

((ooc: Since Jolt-mun had to hiatus, we can assume Jolt listened, and is holding Sideswipe, for now |D))

[Fran doesn't say anything, taking this moment to snap the bone back into alignment. There's no loud crack outside, but there likely is one to Sideswipe. Fran then begins to attach the splint]

[And Sideswipe proceeds to just scream his organic lungs out, and jerk around as much as he can.]

Now please, calm down, this is to help the leg heal~

[She struggles with the trashing man, working to get the leg into the splint without causing further damage]

[He does stop thrashing, mostly due to utter exhaustion and too much pain. Besides, moving hurts too much to keep it up.]
