Christmas was pretty good; I had it and the next day off and now I'm off for a four day weekend. My brother had a gathering at battle and brew(gamer pub) last night for his b-day ordeal. I briefly met some of his co-workers and really enjoyed the drinks and games there. Fighting games remain meh, sugar rush kicked our butts, and new mario bros for wii-u was not that much a step from previous revamps so it gets a c+ for at least adding a couple new features. The only downer was leaving my card there and having to drive the 20 miles back to tab out.
I'd been eyeing a new podplayer or pocket radio, but an up-to-date extra with a cracked screen popped up, so now I can instead put my seasonal cash into something more useful like another class credit at the tech school.
