Where did that come from, and was that triggered by supernatural power or advanced technology? I wasn't aware there was anything in the City with that kind of firepower. I'm going to investigate the ruin, and see what can be pieced together about the event in case anyone needs to find me.

We've already got officers working on all the older murder cases. You won't be offended if I put you on something low-key to start with; say, crowd control? The last thing there needs to be is a city-wide panic about the building explosion, until an explanation can be found.

I don’t mind. Low-key work needs done just as much as high-key work, after all. A panic would only lead to possible destruction of evidence, or other hindrances. Where shall I begin- the network, the City proper, or is it up to my digression?
