You shouldn't be investigating this...you...you really don't know what you're dealing with!

Why should I not…? I’m afraid it is my duty to investigate this case unless I am assigned elsewhere or told to stay away by my superiors, so I will need a rather through explanation as to why not.

Who or what do you believe may be responsible for this?

You should stay away...you can't understand what he did the last time he was cornered by the authorities. If you want to be invisible, you can't leave any evidence, and that includes people...

If I tell you more it's not going to stop you from going after him.

Hm… want to be invisible to whom? Do you mean invisible in general or invisible in the sense of committing the “perfect” crime?

…whoever did this needs to be taken off the streets before anyone else ends up in boxes. There is behind the scenes work as well as working openly that can be done, so I could see if I could be assigned to work purely in the forensics lab during the investigation. Would that be a fair compromise since it would be much harder to notice my involvement from outside the police force?

He's not interested in crime, he's doing it to define himself. That's why he's so...horrible. You can't even punish him, he doesn't have the kind of brain for punishment to stick. He doesn't look at things the way other people do.

I would be happier if you were away from danger. I never want anyone to ever have to look him in the eye again!

Hm… How strange… finding a way to stop someone who can’t process punishment will be quite the puzzle for all those working on the case to solve.
