[Batou is not impressed with all the chatter over unsecured comms regarding what was seen below decks. He's even less impressed with a certain someone's decision to flaunt the fact that he took a video of Redd vivisecting an unknown man.

The crew, Batou thinks, will almost certainly want that back, and any copies they can find.

I would never expect biologicals to match the pace set by information warfare specialists with cybernetic enhancements.

But if someone is going to be so clumsy, they should sit at the side of the playground.

The crew are almost certainly going to want that document back. Even if they don't and consider the information already dispersed among the passengers, they now know that we are aware of the contents of that video.

The smart thing to do would have been to make copies and disperse it without allowing the crew to know that such actions were being conducted, or not to disperse it, but take it to the proper channels to examine and analyse the data.

But that's impossible now.

[He sighs in irritation, and there's a pause.]

On topic, however, it still might be worth it to try and get a copy of the disc. I haven't said anything to the guy, so I might be able to swipe one, if you're still interested in the info.

Breaking things is always fun. Might want to avoid the crew for the time being, though, since they didn't take too well to the first round of destruction.

[King scoffs slightly, then sighs. He's not homophobic either - hell, you think Asher Talos stayed out of Danica's games? Nope. Doesn't mean he's keen on doing it though.]

[Batou is there, and the large cyborg has his jacket off and slung over a chair. He's got a number of bottles of high proof alcohol in front of him and he's tearing up some linen to make molotov cocktails. He smiles at bit when King appears.

He's doing better with those facial expressions. Biologicals like them, and Batou is working on putting the normies at ease. The fact that he's put a timer in his main visual window to remind him to emote once every thirty seconds is helping.]

King. There's some beer in the fridge. You've been quiet lately.

[King's dressed normally for him - that is, dark shirt and jeans - and inclines his head slightly when he enters the bar, taking in the bottles and linen. Good thing he carries some matches around, though Batou probably has that end covered as well.

Also, King would tell you if you have to remind yourself to smile that you're doing it wrong.]

Thanks. [He heads for the fridge, intending to snag a beer.] Have I? I would have thought people would be happy to get me to finally shut up? [He looks for a bottle opener.]

[Batou is making the effort, ok. He's not good at normal interaction. The closest thing to a normal human that he interacted with on Earth was his trigger-happy partner Togusa, and Togusa was a jack-booted secret-police thug like him. ]

Hardly. There's barely any decent company on board.

[King appreciates the effort, really. But he did spend the last year of his life killing vampires; he's used to things that don't breathe and move correctly.]

I'm flattered; seriously, I may fall into a swoon here. [He opens the top of his beer and takes a swig. It's decent enough for beer.]

I've been gathering things, keeping an eye on Frost. I was blind for a while, too. [And he had Bryn with him which was interesting.] Now that I'm not seeing vampires around every corner I might feel a little bit chattier.
