Gunther doesn't need your money!
We went to BODYWORLDS 2 yesterday at the Science Centre to see Gunther von Hagens' plastinated human bodies! and it was really fuckin cool! So much to see, pretty overwhelming. Some gross shit, some really surprising shit, but mostly amazing. A real spectacle. There was one section that had human embryos in their stages of development as well as a few developing stages of the human fetus. They had people's bodies sliced up so you could see everything inside. One "muscle man" was arranged to be taking a walk with his own skeleton, and the skeleton of his child. fucked up shit!
Afterwards, we watched The Human Body in imax. I really learned a lot! but especially I lost my appetite at the stomach parts..yuck. Then there was a huge snow storm and I am glad I bought new winter boots!
Also I took Seb to see The Squid and the Whale at cumberland because I knew he would like it seeing as he also has divorced parents. It was the second time I had seen it and a part I hadn't noticed the first time was when they are about to tell the kids about seperating and the mom comes out of the bathroom after just taking a shit and it smells like poo! How did I miss that, its hilarious. It is probably the best movie portraying divorce that either of us have ever seen. "I heard that, brotha!"
Now I am onto Christmas mode and figuring out presents for everyone.
