The Village could be one of the most fantastic movies I've ever seen.
I find it odd that so many people really disliked and were disappointed with this film, when I find so much of it to be amazing. I'm not going to give anything away, since some people may not have seen it yet and are reading this, but it's got a great plot, a helluva story, great acting, a GREAT twist at the end, and a nice little moral that's very relevant to our times.
I think most of the people in the theatre didn't understand it. Meh. I loved it.
I had to work today at 8AM. I woke up at 7:35AM and panicked. But then I ruled because I threw on my Morrissey shirt and some jeans and skateboarded to work. I arrived and clocked in at exactly 8. W00t.
Alas, I have to return by 4:30 and then close. So I open and close today. .................
I'm excited to hang out with Tito tonight and I hope Ishmael stops being sick and gets better so we can hang out.
