Notes for the psychics: Megavolt’s brain is...scrambled, to say the least. His memory and sanity are pretty well shot. There are no actual blockades, but you'd probably have to dig around a bit to find anything, just considering the state it’s in. There’s a lot that he doesn’t actively remember, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t still around in his mind somewhere! Also, Megavolt's inner "little hero" is behind a boarded up door and tied up inside a cuckoo clock. :> ...even though he really apparently has no problems with playing the hero. XD

What's okay to mention around him: If you're wanting to bring something up about his past, it's probably okay (running it by me first would be appreciated, though - also, feel free to ask about things if you’d like to dredge up a ~painful memory~ or something ♥), but there's no guarantee that he'll remember what you're talking about...or it might trigger something! Breaking the fourth wall is also very much a possibility, as Darkwing and Megavolt. Kind of did that during the series. |D He'll uh. Likely comment that the cartoon draws his nose wrong or something. XD; Outside of that, bring up whatever you want! I can't guarantee he'll take it well, but eh. XD

Abilities: Electricity. Can do almost anything with it, ranging from controlling appliances, to bringing them to life, to causing blackouts! He shoots raw electricity from his fingertips or occasionally, his plug helmet, leaving him rather dangerous. Considering that it's his power source, and he recharges by plugging himself in to an electrical power source, hitting him with it wouldn't do too much. He'd either absorb it or just not be overly affected...probably even recharged. Or maybe his sinuses would be cleared. :> However, he does short out if he gets wet...if you want to be a cheater. B| His electricity is regulated through and, to an extent, stored in the battery he wears...so while he can still do electric stuff without it, it's a bit more difficult for him that way, because he can't control it as well or have as much on hand. Also, electricity is as important to him as his own blood...if he's low on power, it's pretty obvious - he'll appear just generally drained.

Hacking Abilities: Megavolt is a technological genius, but I doubt that completely extends to computers and security networks and all of that...especially given the time period he's from. I really don't see him as being able to hack. As such, his locks are just standard locks. So if your character can hack...by all means, go ahead! The only exception would be an entry that's labeled [Private].

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/slash/etc?: Let me know what you want to do, and we'll see! As for slash...I kinda see him as leaning a bit toward a preference in guys anyway, so...yeah. Of course, there is heavy dependence on who the character is, but...I think he could be romantic, deep down. :> Then again, I'm basing this off of things he tells light bulbs. |D; HE WOULD STEAL THINGS FOR YOU, MAYBE.

Maim/Murder/Death: Preferably not, unless it's just temporary. Injury is...possible. Talk to me about it.

Kissing/Hugging/Badtouch:

Hugging: It depends on who you are! Once he gets close to someone, he probably wouldn’t mind the contact. He’s a lonely rat. :< And if his canon interactions are any indication, he's pretty okay with physical contact anyway. If he doesn’t like you, you’d best be running. XD

Kissing: Uh. Hmm. Same as hugging, but you'd have to be even closer to him for him not to electrocute you. :o Actually, both kissing and hugging might be a way to surprise him, because it's not something he'd overly be expecting from most people. Since, you know. In his canon, most people run from him or want to arrest him. 8| If he's already on edge though, he might try to fry you on instinct. He has a short fuse. :>

Badtouch: ...ahaha. I hope you’re wearing rubber, because you’re in for a shock. Suffice to say, it'll be better for him than it will be for you.

Easiest way to get on his good side: ...leave him alone? Help him out in his power plundering projects? Upon finding other villains, he may try to recruit them into teaming up for crimes...maybe. He's not really interested in killing people or destroying things or whatever, though. HELP HIM RESCUE LIGHT BULBS FROM ENSLAVEMENT, HE'LL LOVE YOU. ...also just kind of being friendly toward him is a pretty good way to get here. He needs more friends. :| I mean, there are tons of ways to piss him off, sure, but just because you make him mad doesn't mean he'll hate you. Unless that's all you do. Likewise, just because he cooperates with people doesn't mean he actually likes them. See: Negaduck. :<

Easiest way to get on his bad side: SUPERHEROES. He has a uh, bit of a grudge, but that’s mostly because they tend to get in his way - if you leave him alone, he probably won’t mind you too much. Calling him "Sparky" is a pretty easy way to piss him off, too. :|a Asking him questions about how his plans will work and/or doubting them doesn't go over too well, either. He'll also get mad if you're mean to his light bulb brethren! o9

Favorite person: Arguably Quackerjack. The two have worked together on more than one occasion, although Quackerjack’s constant joking around can easily get on Megavolt’s nerves. But still, their respective insanities seem to mesh well. Honestly, Quackerjack's the closest thing Megavolt has to a true friend...even though I don't know that they'd go the extra "I'd do anything for you~" distance or anything.

Favorite person met on the comm: Crocker. He already got points for having been buddies with Quackerjack. Also, apparently they're both crazy genius inventors who shares Megavolt's [*eyeroll* Heroes.] attitude. He basically figures given all this, Crocker must be an okay guy.

Prefers: ELECTRONICS. I mean...uh, hard to say! We never see him show interest in anyone during the course of the show. Except for uh. Light bulbs and appliances. 8| Personally, I think he leans more toward guys, but...we'll see what happens. XD;

Threadhopping: Go for it! As long as it's not locked (and your character doesn't have the skill to hack), or an RL that they shouldn't be in, you're more than welcome to!

Fourthwalling: DO IT. Seriously, they did it in his canon, he already knows there's at least someplace where he's a character in a cartoon show...although he may not remember it right away. XD

Backdating: Always up for it! Generally, unless I feel like Megavolt doesn't have anything else to say, I will try my best to reply to any tag sent my way, no matter how late.
