I have some chocolate to get rid of pre-pesach.
Who wants?
Okay, you all win, but because of the way postage rates work, everything is going in a box to Andor. Ceo gets a box with vanilla truffles and some hazelnut praline bark. Ruthling gets a mix of vanilla and _unknown_ truffles (in the small bag, possibly habanero), and andor gets vanilla truffles, hazelnut bark, and 'dark and bitter' bark. Or 'Dark and Bitter' can be someone else :)
Magid: you will have to wait until next year. We checked with the local kashrus supervising rabbi, and straight chocolate liquor is kosher for passover without any supervision beyond being kosher (similar to cocoa powder). Callebaut also has a kosher for passover semisweet, and possibly a bittersweet. Next year we will have good pesachdich truffles.
