Ah, so George is the one doing this to her...
I liked the dilemma he faced...I could really tell he was struggling to decide if he was killing a person or an AI who acted like a person. That's sad, but lovely~

AW, and Shige's feeling insecure (as he should since 'black ice' sounds pretty menacing), but that's just so him <3

OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED....download completed...that's good, but why is Tegoshi still....omg, this is so freaking awesome! Onto the next chapter ^^

Poor George. It's something I'm really interested in (as you know) how religion intersects with technology so this whole thing was intriguing to write, with the non-mods.

Surprise. XD

Ugh so much in this chapter and I have no idea what I want to comment on. All of it, actually.

Oh man, George and Rapunzel. I really feel for him. I wonder why it is so difficult to simply say "the internet is not the problem, it's people who are the problem. We'd face sin in any aspect of life we created" but many religions have exactly that issue. If we are so willing to say people are naturally sinful, why are we also so willing to attribute evil to things (as opposed to people)? It is something I constantly struggle to understand.

Tegoshi light-heartedly teasing Shige at the breakfast table is precious, and honestly, YES. Angru Shige is quite hot.

But then we get to the hacking sequence and, god, I just feel a bit sick and stomach-roil-y thinking about it. I was jittery and nervous reading it (and it's not like it was news to me, so that's saying somehting , that it is still so effective) and then Tegoshi is on th floor and I feel physically ill.

It's very powerful stuff. Damn.

This is exactly how I feel about it as well. That whole paragraph. :/

Heh. I love TegoShige. <3

Well, while I don't really want you to have felt physically ill, I'm also glad, because it's exactly what I was going for. That's how I felt when I wrote it and I'm so glad I was so effectively able to pull it off. Thank you.

I am really fond of George and Rapunzel. I was pleased to see his doubts at the last hour... what is it about zealots that makes them assume that the only way to save people is by forcibly removing temptation? You’d think people would have realized by now that that is never going to work. People who want to be sinful are always going to find an opportunity to sin.

“Takayama-kun is sexy when he’s angry. Maybe I will keep you around for a while.”

ahahahahah, loved this Entire exchange. Isn’t it nice that Tegoshi gets to keep their cover in tact and torment Shige at the same time? <3 And yes Teggers, he certaintly is.

Then the hacking... Tara, this was so well done! I always find it interesting how cyberpunk writers write these scenes in a way that makes them dynamic. You totally nailed it. Even though I knew what was coming, I was on the edge of my seat.

I feel exactly the same way about both zealots AND that's it's nice that Tegoshi gets to torture Shige while still maintaining cover. XD

Thank you! <3 Mission accomplished. :D
