after a good dinner with scoot and carrie,
i feel better - i knew a day of processesing it all would do that for me.
hugs and well wishes helped just as much. i am lucky to be surrounded by great people. the journey is important to me; however, the end game is the MOST important. and i am confident at this point i am doing the correct thing. i cannot wait to meet this baby. :) i want to get there the right way, yes of course. and i won't let however that ends up happening overshadow this child. :) so my positive face is now reflecting how i feel, almost completely. now to make it until tomorrow night! :P
in other, non related news, a guy across the street sold his house and moved out today. on the curb is a buttload of boxes and a few other things - one of which chris identified as a really really old sewing machine. i waddled my way over, saw it had moving labels on it, and we determined we were going to call the realtor and let them know the movers left it accidentally.
the owner ended up still home though, and it wasn't an accident. he was hoping someone would take it. holy crap - was that someone me or what.
pedal action way old hiding in the cabinet singer? i can't wait to clean this baby up and do some research on it. it's BEAUTIFUL!
also, to go backwards - yesterday the lovely carriekinds came and kept me all sorts of company. she endured my tour of what i do during the day (aka watch tv) and it was so great to have her over. i will steal her to visit as much as possible. :P
sunday we went to casa de danforth for some easter dinner. it was odd not doing one at our house this year, but obviously expected :P a lovely fun time was had. we were blessed to be included!
i think i mentioned going out for bbq with tamara and michelle, but if i did not i am a slack ass. that was way fun too. more of that too pls!
