"i just wanted to annoy you"
i actually heard these words from someone yesterday after asking me, "What, you haven't had that baby yet? Hurry up already!!" - i'll never understand why it's fun to annoy someone who's not comfortable to begin with, not to mention has no control over WHEN this baby can arrive. good gracious. at this point the comments are non-stop. i have stopped meeting people's gaze in the hallway just to avoid the inevitable conversation. :P
anyways. i am trying not to be grumpy about it; i know people just care, and i am glad for that.
made the last of the frozen prepared stuff i wanted to have done pre-baby last night (cookie dough for healthy cookies, mmmm) and now really all i have to do after work is sit on my butt and wait. in the meantime, i think i have watched more tv in the last week and a half than i have in the past year. i am losing brain cells at a steady pace. i've come out with a few new favorites:
parking wars - holy crap does this show sound like the dumbest thing ever. following the philly parking authority as they ticket and boot people, plus the ticket counter people? but man. entertaining as hell. it's like cops without the guns and running drug addicts in wife-beaters.
girls next door - ok, this isn't a new one for me, but man - i could watch those chicks all day. they crack me up.
at least i can knit while all this stuff is on. my focus for anything else? pretty non-existent. i still get some rp on the mush every few days which is good though. but that is getting progressively harder to focus on as well.
i took a new picture btw - i am round and need to be rolled down the hallway. it's from last night:
if you compare it (if you click on the picture it'll take you to the gallery) with the one before it, you can tell i've dropped i believe. i know i have though, that's the good thing - the midwife already said, 'whoa, head's way down' when i went in yesterday.
4 days till the due date. the ESTIMATED due date. :P i'm fairly sure i'll be blowing by that date with ease :P
