no baby on leap year. none today either. :) 12 days till due date. estimated due date. baby can stay in as long as they need to. although after yesterday's contraction/cramp filled day, i'm a bit surprised that i wasn't in the hospital this morning. just lots of prep work going on, i suppose!
i was in a near sugar coma most of the weekend, since friday was girl scout cookie arrival day. i rue the day i met you, tagalong! who only puts 15 cookies in a box, anyways? i tell you, when you polish one off, it makes you feel as if you ate a lot more than you did.
39 week appt this morning, all is well there.
finished knitting one super sekrit project, and need to mail it off. blocked (finally) the baby blanket for our baby, and now just need to sew the piping to the backing and sew that on. i hate that part (it's what took me a year to do with tomorrowsangel's blanket, i'm trying to motivate myself early this time). space invader socks got picked back up, but i'm still convinced they're too small for chris and for me - so someone we know with small feet who likes video games may benefit here. we'll see. next to cast on is another super sekrit project, although it's a wintry one so i may bump it back, since said recipient won't get any use out of it for about 7 months now ;P there's also a crapton of baby stuff to knit in my queue, but i think i'll wait on any of that so i can get this child some gender specific things.
