badge slot winners
I did the old-fashioned randomization method (numbers out of a hat!) and here's who I drew:

There were a total of 8 requests for slots, so chances were about 50/50. :) I hope this seems slightly more fair than first-come-first-serve, and I apologize that I can't take all of you, I just don't think I have enough time right now.
