if he is ignorance, then his refusal to change is a refusal grounded on something he doesn't understand; if this is the case, then in reality isn't he sort of like a misbehaving child?
Imagine a child; this child acts poorly, and is scolded by a mother; the child isn't 'evil', and we don't 'hate' the child - neither does the mother - rather, the scolding is an attempt to help the child, because this is all we can do. In the face of ignorance - the face of the child - all one can do is try to lead the dumber man towards the good. Can there be ignorance without innocence? Isn't ignorance by its very definition the lack of proper training? And, if this is the case, ought we act towards people without proper training with less hate and more sympathy?
definatley. it never makes one person happy. but i do think something needs to keep order. and govt does that. because humans just can't be peaceful and always agree with everyone. so we need courts, and we need police, that need to be run by a government.
