Books and shopping
I went commando today! I'm sure you all really wanted to know that (scary amount of underwear related posts coming from me recently...) I was expecting it to be a bit uncomfortable but after my initial reaction of feeling like everyone round town was watching me it was okay. I think I still prefer pants but it wasn't bad...interesting. I encourage you all to give it a go ;)
Bought too much stuff again today. Gah. Must. Stop. Shopping. 3rd. Week. In. A. Row...
Anyway I got my dad The Placebo Singles albums, The Long Blondes for myself, 2 scarves and a cardi from Primark which my mum wanted, a bag to flog at a profit on ebay (yes I do this a lot- hence why I always have the fund to shop SO much), got a Louise Rennison book and a scary evil looking book with my book tokens as well.
Pete told me last night he may gimme a call if he managed to get round to going into town today but alas his coursework chained him to his desk. Oh well. No hair petting for him.
I also spent a good 45 minutes on the comfy leather sofas in Starbucks reading my new book.
Also for all of you who love Historical Fiction I recommend 'The Boleyn Inheritence' by Phillipa Gregory, it's excellant, Katherine Howard is so perfect in it :)
