My weekend was really nice. Friday afternoon I stopped at my old work, but most people were gone that day. I did see Gerry, Ted, and Tom. It felt weird to be there, but it was cool to see them. I only wish everyone had been there! Then Ricky and I went to dinner that night. We ate at Chili's, which was really good. After that we went to the Mason Jar to watch some local bands play. There was one pretty good band, and one really shitty band. But the main band we wanted to see, Motive, wasn't going to play until midnight and I was so goddamn tired, we left. I felt bad for missing Motive, but I was just too tired. Saturday Ricky and I went to Laura's house. That night we had our friends over to the apartment...Justin, Mindee, Haken, Jill, Alex, Byron, Laura and John came over too. It was good to see everyone. I had fun. Gwen and Jeremy couldn't come, which sucked. But they had important shit to take care of out of town, so I understood why they couldn't be there. On Sunday I went to see my mom on my way out of town. I spent a few hours over there talking with her and Paul.
It felt strange to be there at first, but after a bit, it was familiar again to me. It was great to be back and I was really sad to come back here, but excited too. I mean, I love my life here. But I miss my life there. It's like two different lives really.
So now it's back to school. I have a huge test AGAIN this Thursday in World Politics. I am scared about it, but I am going to start studying tonight! I am so sick of studying, but that is what school is all about right. Work today too, but my ipod seems to be working, so as long as I have that, than everything is ok :)
I miss Ricky. I hate feeling so alone like I do here.
