I watched Oprah today....
We, the human race, are 99.9% genetically the same. I know that fact is supposed to create a sense of unity and make racism sound absolutely asinine, but you gotta think about what a huge .1% that is. That .1% makes all the difference in our skin colour, our physical features, our personality and the way we think. I mean, I don't want to tear down anyone's ideas of peace or anything, but really what is 99.9% the same in us is the fact that we all have eyes and ears and a nose and that sort of thing.
(And then of course, there are those with birth defects, who may not have eyes and ears and a nose.)
