Moi Book

I've always thought astronomy was oh-so-interesting, with all the things we know (and don't know) about stars and the totality of the universe... all the possibilities. So why is my astronomy textbook so freakin' boring? Degrees this minus degrees that is distance and tropical time versus solar time and suddenly the words are all grey mush. The diagrams seem like annoying CG reminders that I still have so many little concepts to memorize. I'll just have to wait for the lecture to understand this stuff, I suppose. I'm more of an audio learner anyway.

There's a girl speaking French on her cellphone outside my bedroom window (No, not like UCF "pardon my french".... like REAL fluent French). Maybe it's just me but even this normal conversation she must be having (I couldn't tell otherwise) sounds so nice on the ears. Is it still eavesdropping if you can't understand a word she's saying? (Excluding the occasional "Moi," of course.)

I learned today, while trying out my new stylish shoes on campus, that my left foot must be slightly smaller than my right foot. My left shoe kept falling off like a little bitch...

Yes, I know, mundane. That's all folks.
