Blue Like Me

Best version of Que Sera Sera ever. They used it in the pilot of Dead Like me as an Ending song. Set the mood soooooo beautifully.

So, All my Uni friends are currently partying in Frankston. Why am I not there?

... It's Frankston. It takes me two hours to get there at least. And like... Dan only told me about it last night at midnight. Not much planning time, eh Dan?

Plus there's the fact that me and his friends might have conflict. Some of his friends took over his MSN one night and were real pricks to me. Not that we would know each other on sight or anything. But Dan was like worried about it last night.... I had totally forgotten about it.

What kind of friend takes over their friend's MSN and start verbally abusing one of the said friend's classmates anyway? Stupid retarded boys no doubt.

Anyway. That pink burning that we all saw at the tea party yesterday decided to be heard early this morning. Fuck. It hurts.

I'm on a Carmen Sandiego kick. I want a new Sandiego game set for adults. Like the Duluxe version, except y'know... Won't crash on XP. >.<

I bought a new one the other day. But the entire thing is scripted, Which sucks. Plus you play as two equally annoying detectives. The know it all asian chick Jules, Who made Carmen turn to the dark side apparently. And "Shadow" Hawkins the new rookie. He's kinda hot tho. So I can't stay entirely angry at him. It's not his fault he's stupid. But the scripted thing irks me because like... The puzzles aren't hard to solve nor are the crimes randomly thrown together which is what I loved about the Duluxe version of the original. 100's of crimes with many various locations and hints and that. But no. In this one it's scripted and they're forcing learning down your throat. And the two main characters can't say the name of a cities if it killed them. Meb-Orne? I mean really. Van-hoover? Can-Beera? Mexio? Learn how to fucking speak! They called Auckland Oockland! And New Zealand sounded more like Ew Ealand. >.< Can you say Canader? No? Well these two fucking can. ;P

It does have a rather cool short phrases section for German and a couple of other languages (Although if they aren't written in the same characters as english, It doesn't have the english phonetic word written down with it. It has the word or phrase written in the language. I can't read Russian. ;_;

Although it's spurred on my want to learn German, So Monday I'm gonna pop out at Melbourne Cent instead of Flagstaff and pick me up that Learn to speak German CD I saw at EB. Eh. It's only 10 bucks.

(15 days until Leigh arrives)
