(no subject)
hey everyone. Here's a quick summary of my life thus far:...no too long...let's see..Here's the highlights of the summary of my life thus far:
-books read: "You Come Too" by: Robert Frost, "At the Back of the North Wind" by: George MacDonald, "The Great Divorce" by: C.S. Lewis, "The Captain's Verses" by: Pablo Neruda, etc.
-movies watched: "Truly Madly Deeply" (<3<3 this one), "Star Wars III", "The Chronicles of Narnia", "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", etc.
-friends lost: Dave, he's gone to Ohio. Brianna, she's gone away too. Reggie, who doesn't write me anymore or has died or something. And most recently Fabrice, who has gone to Canada for the Christmas hols, but that one is far more temporary than the others.
-friends gained: Russ, we're bonding. Joy, she's back from her 3 month long trip.
-surgeries had: had the cyst on the base of my spine removed yesterday. Hurts like the dickens. I have to waddle around with a huge bandage strapped to my but.
-miming opportunities: donned the white face and gloves for my school's madrigal dinner..yay
-pictures painted: one, "Untitled".
-CDs found: "Musicforthemorningafter" by: Pete Yorn, "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots" by: The Flaming Lips, "Celtic Women" by:..well, Celtic women...
On top of all the aforementioned excitement I can truthfully say that I've had my heart crushed, broken, stabbed, uprooted, uplifted, sacrificed, torn, soothed, enraptured, and poisoned more times than I can manage to list here. I miss Dave like I'd miss my right arm. I miss the theatre like I'd miss my left. I miss Benj, Bri, and Reggie like I'd miss my eyes, ears, and nose.
Well, that's it. I'll try to make it to "Annie" but I don't know if I can sit that long what with the gaping wound on my lower back. Toodle Pip and Peace Out. Love, me.
