I lost a FB profile today
I had a separate profile for genealogy - it was full of groups I joined, and was a place to post about my genealogy plans and finds. I warned people, so only some of my family friended that profile. Good with me.
I went there and read genealogy posts when I wanted to. My normal (as they get) friends posts stayed in my normal profile, and I was happy.
But 6 months after I started it, FB said it was a business, and not an authentic person, so needed to become a page.
I had no way or place to object. No ability to do anything about adding admins to the groups I started under that profile.
I've been reading, and it looks like I could use friends lists to manage both my post audience, and more importantly, the feed I see. But I really want to include groups in that. Does anyone know how?
