Shorty update
He is a Much happier Dog these days, (still a bit more clingy than he was.)
Took him to the Vet's again today. Stitches out, use up the antibiotics (three more days) recheck in two weeks.
The left eye Still can not blink (yes he sleeps with one eye open) so eye ointment will be ongoing. Nerve damage can take a Long time to heal, so there is Still *some* hope that eventually he may regain the ability to shut the eye.
We will continue the ear drops as well, since that is not completely healed...But, he gets to be *Cone Free* this pleases him Very much.
he has begun to eat dog-food again.
Camping this weekend (extra eye care)
