Don't make this more difficult than it already is. It may look different from anything you have ever seen, but you've dont this before. The build up of knowledge and the repeat of life. We as humans have come to understand this process of life in an endless cycle of the same. We as life have been through this before at a different time, only time is just an illusion. It may look different as things change but in reality it is all part of the same process, the process of life and existance. The process of life, the process of death, the renewal of life, and the return of death. This goes on in a microscopic picture of life compared to the universe and eventually catches up as a whole that is created, destroyed, and created again. It is no longer an individual realization. It is not you and I who will be destroyed but this realm of existance. And who is to say we exist elsewhere. It is within possibility once you come to the understanding of infinity, an endless cycle only to prove that this existance's demise comes the birth and recreation of a new. Relax, accept this as fact and live within this realm of possibility. Embrace life and the way in which it strives. The universe, all things that exist, is created within polar opposites of the same. Creation and destruction are the same process. The process and evolution of the mind and universe. You are the creator and the destructor. What you do with your creation is up to you. Creation beyond the Christian theory. You create your own reality. When you choose to destroy it, begin to make something new and do your will with it once again. Build out of rubble from the destruction and create a new earth. Create a new solar system. Create a new universe, create a new mind and begin again. Create new life.
