Really. My husband wanted a Sherlock piece so I painted this for him. It's Sherlock's long-suffering skull. Acrylic and automotive varnish on board, 20 inch diameter, took about an hour. The true colors are deeper, but I couldn't be arsed to get out the better lighting and camera. Please keep in mind that I am primarily a sculptor and not a painter. I'm going to put a little plaque that says 221B on the lower frame.
