YES, I saw those books. The covers are textured and the page edges are black and they are so gorgeous. I fondled them and wept over them and put them back in the display, since if I have one I'd have to have them all and I have the brokes right now. I then promptly went over and bought a bunch of the $1-$3 cheapies I posted about. :P

I definitely need to fondle these in person. I didn't realize the covers were textured, too! Wow. The black page edges really make the artwork pop. Amazing.

Yep, I think slightly disturbing was exactly what she was going for. (I imagined Alfred Hitchcock delivering that line in his dry "I'm not joking, but really I am, or am I?" voice.)
