An officer was bitching about raid attendance, and over the course of the last hour or so, i pointed out a number of reasons why we're a "casual" guild that raids, rather than the raiding guild we're supposed to be. Not to mention, the fact that our Officers list is an old boys club, including a number of members who have been to about 2 raids out of 9.
Unfortunately, bruised egos from demotion could cause painful breaks. Such is the manner of guild politics.
Bedtime now.. raid in 6 hours.
