Rush tended to be much busier on the weekends.
There was something about the atmosphere that attracted people to it. They had many regulars who came in with their friends for drinks, businesses that threw their parties in the
dining rooms, and curious newcomers who stepped in to get a look at the place and left several hours later. The

Of course, she was already done with four shots of Jack, and even though they weren't watering the stuff down, she wasn't feeling much of anything from it.
Tapping her knuckles on the bar, she gestured for another one, "Don't worry about my capability to walk out of here."

"Drinking off a bad day or celebrating a good one?" she asked, ordering a cosmopolitan for herself. No one drank like that regularly, did they? And if they did, they probably should have met Nathan Petrelli. He didn't start with JD, but he was still entertaining to watch.

"He'll get a tip. I'll tell him to wash his hands before he returns to work."
Exhaling, she let her hand take hold of the shotglass, rolling it on its edge a bit before drinking it down, "As for the drinking, I didn't really ever think people needed a reason. Well, alcoholics need an excuse, but I just wanted to drink. I did get kidnapped against my will."

"I drank a lot my first week. Although it wasn't that bad - my roommate is hot as hell, and the apartment is nice enough. It's just not home. When I found a few people here from my little corner of the world, I felt a lot better. My boss even showed up." He couldn't live without her, so that wasn't a surprise.
"Another card-carrying member of the Hot as Hell club."

With the shotglass empty, she just shifted the glass on its end, letting it settle against the bartop, rocking it back and forth a bit. "So these hot as Hell guys have names? 'Cause I'm Faith," she'll even extend a hand, "in case they take referrals."

"Well." Those guys could handle themselves, of course she was going to namedrop. "Nathan Petrelli is my roommate here. He's a lawyer turned politician. Charming, handsome, has that panty-dropping grin. And Bruce - Wayne - grins a lot less, but he's still got plenty of charm and a great ass."

Oh, Sasha, Faith could tell she was going to like you. It was that combination of bold bluntness and smirky charm that she could at least cope with easily. It wasn't a competitive thing either, not that Faith was ever the type, but some girls just couldn't deal well with Faith and from the way the conversation was going, it didn't seem to look like Sasha was one of those girls.
"Well, if they walk in, I'm betting on you to point them out to me," Faith replied.

"We're hiring, if you're looking," she added, since Faith had the right kind of attitude to do something at Wayne Enterprises, even if Sasha wasn't sure what. "And if there's a glass of scotch out, Nathan is never far away from it, but who knows whether or not he's coming out tonight. I don't see the sexy giant I'm hiring here, either - but I swear, he's totally qualified."

Taking her shot, she let the rest of Sasha's words roll around her mind a bit, "Giant? Sam... something, right?" Faith had mostly focused on the first name, she hadn't even realized that the last name was the same as Dean's, mostly because Faith wasn't the type that remembered last names.

"I hate being the one to tell you this, but you're probably going to be here for a while. I know some pretty resourceful people, and they haven't managed to find a way out of the city. I've been here since February, and I'm still considered new."

Smirking, Faith chuckled a bit, "Yeah, fear is always fun to see in their eyes." Though, Faith was pretty sure Sasha hadn't seen the level of fear that Faith had inflicted once upon a time.
Though, that did make her think, "Wait... February was last month." Faith let her brow furrow a bit, "When is this?" She'd been relying on her internal clock now for a while, not even thinking she had to figure out when she was, in addition to where.

She took out some cash to leave a tip for the bartender, along with her business card, and handed the latter to Faith. "In case you change your mind. It's not like I couldn't find you a temp job." And women who could put up with Sasha were a rare breed.

Shaking her head, she glanced out onto the main area of the bar, then returned her attention to Sasha, taking the business card, "Yeah, I'll keep it in mind. Thanks."
