Dammit we were at the airport at about the same time. If we'd known you were there, we would happily have given you a place to stay or at least some company as we were in Detroit for the holidays.

That sounds like a wonderful visit. And you're right- the trick with airports is to not get stressed out. That is often impossible, though.
