Caff-O-Log
Today's caffeine log: One and a half cups of coffee, an ice tea with lunch, and two cups of hot tea (one Earl Grey, one a mint and black tea blend.) To put this in perspective, that's roughly half my usual daily caffeine consumption.
The half cup of coffee was consumed around 4:00 PM, it was me sort of giving up. I didn't have a headache, but my head felt weird, sort of like it was overinflated. Also, my concentration was off. I accidentally faxed my unsigned time card to the temp agency. Oopsie. That will need to get fixed first thing in the morning.
Also, it's not possible to do a quick Target run, and then commute westward from St. Paul on I-94. Good gravy. My drive home really blew today.
Tomorrow will be better, I'm sure. And I'm not planning on making this caffeine weaning stuff a regular deal. Believe me, I have no intention of boring you all with my java jonesing and headache analyses.
