C'est Ne Pas Mal
A lot calmer today. I got a call from Spherion's St. Paul office about a job that pays better than what I was offered yesterday from Adecco, and they didn't pry about possible twitches in my schedule. Then again, things weren't finalized, and I didn't get a call back, so maybe it all blew up anyway. And getting to downtown St. Paul is kind of tough for me. Driving is impractical, and express busses make me nervous.
Still, I spent most of the day skipping around, doing laundry, singing stupid songs to myself, and eating Doritos. I was actually kinda sorta happy.
And why the heck am I drinking instant cocoa? It's warm now, stupid! Get with the program!
