I've been scanning the want ads. Usually, there's some sort of inset ad, usually several, from temp agencies. Some sort of big cattle call sign up. Something like that.

There wasn't a single one in the Sunday paper.

This is really god damn alarming.

I've already forgotten what kind of work exactly you are looking for. It was marketing related, right

My ultimate goal is to get an advertising copywriting job. Marketing would be kinda sorta in the same area, and okay for the time being. But this is a pretty major career switch for me, and these jobs look a little more senior than I'd be able to realistically get. But thanks for letting me know.

Right now, all my experience and job skills are in the generic cubicle monkey area. Grinding away at various Microsoft Office applications, stuff like that. So I've been limiting myself to temp agencies, unless I hear of something less distasteful.
